Just Say ‘No’ to 20s

I bought the Jeep with some really nice (and pricey) Fuel wheels that looked great! Unfortunately in this case, good looks don’t translate to a good ride. The problem with 35 inch tires on 20 inch rims is the lack of sidewall to cushion the ride. Also with a stiff sidewall along with a mud terrain tread, the tires are incredibly loud. I decided when I got the Method bead locks I would go to a 17 inch wheel. The benefits are two-fold; first is comfort, second is tire price. I decided to go ahead and get 37 inch tires for off road trips and looks 😉 The plan is to regear the axles to better accommodate the larger tires.
