It is hard to avoid conversations with fellow Jeep enthusiasts. Even easier when it is people that you work with on a daily basis! Suzy, the proud owner of white stock Wrangler Sport Unlimited with a soft top, was very interested in the photos and stories of our previous adventures and was ready to embark on a similar journey. Ty, the proud owner of a black stock Wrangler Sport Unlimited, was also curious to find out what all the hype was about. We offered ourselves as trail guides for the two to enjoy wheeling in their Jeeps. Best place to start was Barnwell Mountain! There are literally tons of trails for beginner trail riders and stock rigs. We met at the park and gave a quick intro on how the day would go. We would air down the tires for comfort and traction, give a quick overview of what to expect, then pile in my Jeep for a quick lesson and observation. With everybody in the Jeep we headed down a trail called Linda Gale which is a great trail to show new Jeepers what to expect. After completing the trail and explaining the various facets of driving off road we headed back to their Jeeps to let them follow the leader. Again, we headed down Linda Gale, this time they got to drive their own Jeeps! They were hooked! It was a great day of wheeling on Barnwell Mountain. The new drivers conquered tougher and tougher obstacles as the day wore on, until it was time to air up and head home.
